Donald Nicolson has resigned as chairman and director of Nordic Energy (ISDX:NORP), the oil and gas exploration and production company said on Tuesday.
It is due to conflicting time commitments, the firm said, but he will continue to be available for advice on ad hoc basis and will maintain an ongoing relationship with Nordic.
Chief executive Rudolf Kleiber thanked him for his valued input.
