("FrontFour Capital") announced today that it, and its affiliate, FrontFour Capital Group LLC ("FrontFour LLC" and, together with FrontFour Capital, the "FrontFour Group"), acquired an aggregate of 15,000 common shares (the "Shares") of Rock Energy Inc. (the "Issuer"), at a price of CDN$2.68 per Share on April 10, 2015, on behalf of certain investment funds and managed accounts that they manage (the "Funds and Accounts").
