(TSX VENTURE:PKL) ("PC Gold" or the "Company") announces that it has granted a total of 2,925,000 stock options under its stock option plan to certain directors, officers and consultants effective April 10, 2015. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant and expire on April 10, 2020.
